What in the world are we all so worried about?  If we cannot control anyone, anything, or anytime why do we waste so much of ourselves blatantly ignoring what we know?  Let it go.  Instead of trying to control everything around you, do gain more control over you.

“The mind is restless and difficult to restrain, but it is subdued with practice.”

The next time you observe your mind racing over one subject, like a skipping record, obsessing: 

Stop.
Breathe.
Let it go.  Practice.

You only control yourself and the awareness of your own beautiful mind. Your thoughts can become your lurking enemy if not brought to the spot light and acknowledged.  If you are aware and accept that you cannot control others or a situation in time—train your mind to find peace in this awareness. Let it be.  Consciously train your thoughts. 

“One gradually attains tranquility of mind by keeping the mind fully absorbed in the self by means of a well-trained intellect, and thinking of nothing else.”

The next time you observe yourself as flustered and anxious by inability:

Stop.
Breathe.
Let it be.  Train.
