Flex your execution muscle

ACTION is about executing your plan and vision.  Action can not occur if you don’t follow through on what you want to achieve. They only way to instill action in your life is to execute and execute often.  You need to flex your execution muscles in order to follow your dreams.  Stop talking about doing something and act. Just as if you would go to the gym to build your biceps, go to your mental gym and work on building your execution muscles.  Get mentally tough so that executing feels effortless.  You don’t strive to be mediocre when working out, so why be mediocre when it comes to your passions and choices (I refer to goals as choices).  Remember, anyone can talk, preach, plan and think about Action, but until you start executing its all BS and worthless.

  1. Great insight. Sometimes people don’t execute their dreams because they are afraid of failing. These people are not mentally strong. Practice what you preach! Thank-you for sharing 🙂

  2. Like said above, I think most people are afraid of failing if they try, but when they fail to try, they fail anyway. Funny how that works and how some people don’t stop to think about it like that. I have always loved the saying, “What would you do if you knew you could not fail?” I keep it on my refrigerator as a reminder to always go after my dreams. Nice post. Thanks for sharing.
